New Zealand: House Prices grow 1.4% MoM, 20.3% YoY in January - REINZ

New Zealand House Prices rose at a MoM pace of 1.4% and 20.3% YoY in January, according to the latest data from Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) released on Monday. However, the institute said that "compounding factors" are influencing a decrease in house prices and sales activity in New Zealand.
