Fed's Mester: Fed funds rate at neutral right now

In an interview with Bloomberg, Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank President Loretta Mester argued that the fed fund rate was at neutral right now. "The most likely outcome is inflation moves back to 2%," Mester added.
