RBNZ's Wheeler: Rate rises will help damp house price inflation

Meanwhile, Grant Spencer, RBNZ Deputy Governor, said that the RBNZ "is keeping options open on when to remove house lending limits", while adding that "its possible that limits will be phased out rather than removed all at once."
