UK's Johnson: PM May plans to reopen Brexit withdrawal agreement

Former British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson was on the wires last minutes, via the Telegraph, noting that the UK PM May plans to reopen the Brexit withdrawal agreement.

Johnson went to say that PM May will seek legally binding changes to the Irish backstop, in order to either insert time limit or escape clause.

The above comments offered a fresh boost to the recent GBP rally, bumping the Cable back towards the three-month tops of 1.3218 reached late-Friday.
