UK Trade Sec. Fox: Govt. telling businesses to prepare for a no-deal Brexit

The UK Trade Minister Liam Fox was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that Irish backstop is the stumbling block to a Brexit deal and the government is telling businesses to prepare for a no-deal Brexit.
