USD/CHF took a pause at 0.8820 before Jordan
FXStreet (Moscow) - USD/CHF slid to 0.8820 area, and fell asleep after it failed to break above 0.8850 resistance on Thursday.

Nothing of interest today except for officials speaking in Europe. SNB Chairman Thomas Jordan is scheduled to speak, and he may just repeat everything he said on March, 31. A strong currency made the Swiss National Bank hold interest rates near zero for the longest period in more than five decades. And during his recent speech Mr. Jordan confirmed that the minimum exchange rate remains the right monetary policy for the country for the foreseeable future. If he repeats that again it may put the Swissy under mild pressure with initial target of the pair at 0.8845 resistance with 0.8874 to follow if broken.
