OPEC deal is for 3% cut from all except Iran, Venezuela and Libya

According to Reuters, quoting sources, OPEC+ deal is for 3% oil cut from all except Iran, Venezuela and Libya.

This comes after OPEC+ Ministers, in the post-meeting brief press conference, confirmed an agreement for 6-months, to be reviewed in April, to cut OPEC oil production by 800,000 bpd and 400,000 for non-OPEC, but refused to provide a list of each nation's output quota.
