Three-month HIBOR rises to highest level since 2008

The three-month Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) rose to a fresh 10-year high of 1.43964 percent from 1.38464 on Monday, according to Reuters.  Further, the 1-week and 2-week HIBOR rates rose above 1.25 percent.
