• No, ECB was not unanimous.
• Broad consensus on some issues but a large majority on other issues.
• Different degrees of confidence and prudence.
• Wasn't much disagreement on parts of the programme.
• Should end date have been announced or not was discussed... a large majority preferred to keep it open-ended.
