Analysts at Nomura offered their projections for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 444 pips lower than the previous fix (6.4825 from 6.5269) and 147 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.4972. The basket implied change is 186 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.4786 from 6.4972)."
