ECB’s Smets: ECB needs to prepare markets before end of year

The ECB governing council member and governor of Belgium central bank, Jan Smets crossed the wires in the last hour, saying it would make sense for the ECB to keep the stimulus sequencing and added that the ECB needs to prepare the markets before the end of the year.
