Fillon concedes defeat, endorses Macron for 2nd round

Conservative presidential candidate François Fillon has conceded defeat following latest projections showed by French TV and endorsed Centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron for the second round, as he stated that far-right candidate Marine Le Pen "would lead the country to failure".
