EMU: Annual CPI rises more than expected in November

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to preliminary data released today by Eurostat, Eurozone annual inflation rose 0.9% in November, following 0.7% growth registered the previous month. Analysts expected a 0.8% increase.

Year-over-year CPI Core climbed 1% in November, up from the 0.8% increase in October and against expectations of remaining flat.

EMU: Unemployment Rate surprises to the upside in October

The Eurozone Unemployment Rate improved to 12.1% in October from 12.2% registered the previous month, Eurostat reported on Friday. Market consensus pointed to no change.
