Wall Street continues its rally ahead of FOMC

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US stocks market closed Tuesday with sharply gains as investors were fueled by good earnings reports and looked ahead of Federal Reserve’s Wednesday announcement.

The Dow and the S&P closed at record highs and the Nasdaq finished at 13-year highs.

The DJIA advanced 111.42 points or 0.72% to finish the day at 15,680.35; the S&P added 9.84 pts or 0.56% to end the session at 1,771.95; and the Nasdaq Composite won 12.21 pts or 0.31% to 3,952.34.
