USD/CHF fails to hold above 0.9500
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The USD/CHF found resistance and retraced some of its intraday gains after hitting a 1-month high above 0.9500.
USD/CHF back below 0.9500
USD/CHF rose to a peak of 0.9529 at the beginning of the New York session amid broad dollar strength, but lost momentum and pulled back below the 0.9500 mark afterward. At time of writing, USD/CHF is trading around 0.9485/90, still up 0.4% on the day.
As for technical levels, immediate resistances for USD/CHF line up at 0.9530 (daily high) and 0.9570 (61.8% retracement of the broader 0.9839/0.9129 drop), while supports could be found at 0.9445 (intraday low) and 0.9425 (30-day SMA).
